Zhavely Arias grew up in Miami, Florida, immersed in a family deeply connected to healthcare. Inspired by watching her premature younger sister receive occupational therapy and observing the compassionate care delivered through her parents’ OT/PT/Nursing home health agency, she developed an early appreciation for rehabilitation and client-centered support. These experiences shaped her commitment to the field. They motivated her to expand her education from Occupational Therapy Assistant to licensed Occupational Therapist, further strengthening her ability to serve children with diverse developmental needs.

With over seven years of experience, Zhavely has devoted her career to pediatric occupational therapy, supporting children of all ages through nurturing, structured, and engaging intervention. Her work encompasses comprehensive evaluations, development and implementation of individualized plans of care, monitoring of authorizations, and ongoing documentation to ensure continuity and quality of services. She specializes in addressing fine motor development, sensory processing, visual perception, handwriting, and activities of daily living, while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress.

Known for her energetic and compassionate approach, Zhavely prioritizes communication, transparency, and true client-centered care in all aspects of treatment. She adapts her interventions creatively while maintaining evidence-based structure, ensuring therapy remains both effective and motivating for each patient. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and spending quality time with her dogs, embracing calming routines that recharge her creativity and patience.
